Ward Events are the Official Hospitality Provider for Comrades Marathon 2020 and 2021 at the finish at Moses Mabhida Stadium. We are busy finalizing all pricing and logistics in terms of all Club Hospitality including Grandstand Seating and Suites inside the stadium and Marquee Hospitality and Club Tent Sites outside the stadium in People’s Park. All Club Hospitality bookings will open on Monday 2 March 2020 at 10h00. (First come – First Pay basis). Clubs will be given until Friday 17 April 2020 to book and pay in full for their Hospitality Areas. Once Clubs have booked their Hospitality Area by Friday 17 April 2020 they will be sent the Food and Beverage options and will be given until Friday 15 May 2020 to place and pay for their Food and Beverage Orders. ALL BOOKINGS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED ONLINE VIA www.wardevents.co.za and no other way.
